Due to the nature of table tennis rubbers, custom racket builds, assembled products and sports equipment handling, orders are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the store approves an exception for a damaged or incorrect item.

Payments
Payments are handled through Razorpay or a secure payment gateway. Card, UPI and net-banking passwords are not stored by this website.
Order emails
The email entered at checkout may receive order confirmation, payment status and support communication related to the purchase.

Customer data is not sold. It may be shared only with payment, delivery or support services required to complete the order.
