When you place an order, we may collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address, city, state, pincode, order notes and the products in your cart.

Clear, simple and customer-first.
Table Tennis Wala uses customer details only to process orders, coordinate delivery, provide order updates and support customers.
Important note
No return and exchange policy.
Due to the nature of table tennis rubbers, custom racket builds, assembled products and sports equipment handling, orders are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the store approves an exception for a damaged or incorrect item.
WhatsApp ordering
Orders are currently completed through WhatsApp. After checkout, the website saves the order record and opens a prepared WhatsApp message so you can send it to Table Tennis Wala.
Order storage
Order and customer records are stored using Supabase so authorised store administrators can view and manage orders. Public visitors are not given access to the store's order database.
Payments
The website does not currently collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords. If Razorpay or another payment gateway is enabled later, sensitive payment credentials will be handled by that provider rather than stored by Table Tennis Wala.
Browser storage
The site uses browser local storage or session storage for functions such as your cart, order confirmation state and basic site preferences. This helps the store work between page visits on the same device.
Sharing and support
Customer information is not sold. It may be shared only with services needed to operate the store, communicate with you or fulfil an order. For privacy, correction or deletion requests, contact us by email or WhatsApp.
